Most of the staff went out of their way to help you.

A few of the staff members could have been more friendly when it comes to handicap/medication needs.

I thought this hotel was perfect for family travel. Most of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and up-to-date. There seemed to be problems with the water pressure. I am not sure if it was because I was in the room furthest away from the water tank or it was because my bathroom was set up with handicap fixtures. I also had a problem getting a mini fridge to store my medication in. I was promised one by one staff member who never delivered, then told by another staff member that only the suites had fridges and I was welcome to bring my medication to the front desk. Leave my medication with strangers .Anyway, once the weekday front end staff arrived I asked again about the fridge and received one within 5 minutes. Charged an extra $10 for a room with two beds.

Great overall experience. Please be aware, this hotel charges and extra $10 for a room with two beds (never had that problem when using priceline before). Hotel was clean and the complimentary breakfast was quite decent. I had been on the road for several weeks so the on-site laundry was quite useful as well.
